Five Benefits of Lipo Light

Five Benefits of Lipo Light

You should feel really good about yourself and your accomplishments when you finally reach your goal weight. But your enthusiasm may be dampened if certain areas of your body fail to live up to your expectations — like the belly pooch or the extra layer of fat on your thighs.

Here at Symonett Weight Loss Center, we’ve helped so many people lose weight and keep it off with our 10-week program. But we know diet and exercise may not be enough to help everyone meet their body goals. That’s why our medical director and weight-loss expert Dr. Elmer Symonett offers Lipo Light.

Lipo Light is a noninvasive body-contouring tool that gets rid of those stubborn pockets of fat without pain, needles, surgery, or downtime. Here, we want to share with you some of the benefits of Lipo Light.

1. Treats many areas

Lipo Light is an innovative body-contouring tool that uses LED light to help you safely lose inches of stubborn fat from many areas of the body.

We use Lipo Light to get rid of:

The LED light in our Lipo Light system targets the fat cells under the skin in these troublesome areas. Your fat cells absorb the light energy, causing the cell membranes to break open and destroying the integrity of the cell. Your lymphatic system picks up the damaged fat cells and removes them from your body.

2. Sessions are quick

Our body-contouring treatments are quick, taking only about 30 minutes. First, we do your Lipo Light session, which takes about 20 minutes. Then, to help metabolize the fat from the damaged fat cells, we have you do 10 minutes of Vibra therapy

Vibra therapy exposes your body to gentle vibrations, causing your muscles to contract and relax, increasing blood circulation and the movement of fluid through your lymphatic system.

3. No recovery time

Because Lipo Light is noninvasive, there’s no downtime following your session, and you can resume your usual activities after treatment.

Though we offer vibration therapy to improve your body-contouring results, working out after your Lipo Light session may help you reach your body goals faster. We also encourage you to drink plenty of water to help flush out those damaged fat cells.

4. Quick results

Though results vary, you may see improvements in your body shape after your first session. Some of our patients lose as much as 1 inch after one treatment.

However, to get the best results, we recommend 2-4 Lipo Light treatments a week over a 4-week period. You can drop up to two clothing sizes after you complete your sessions. With Lipo Light, we measure results in inches lost, not pounds.

Lipo Light results are long term. However, we recommend you continue to eat a healthy diet and get regular exercise to maintain your new look.

We can, however, repeat your Lipo Light treatments as needed to help you get back on track after a vacation or the holidays.

5. Improves skin tone

The LED light therapy not only disrupts those stubborn fat cells under your skin, but also stimulates production of collagen. Collagen is an important structural protein that keeps your skin strong and elastic.

By increasing new collagen in your skin, Lipo Light treatments keep your skin tight and toned after the fat is gone.

Lipo Light is a painless, quick, and effective way to get rid of inches of stubborn fat from your body. To get started, call our office in Colton, California, or book an appointment online today.
